Has anyone done both Sci-Fi and 50s Prime Time Cafe in the same day? While planning our PSs for November, my son has seen the pics for Sci-Fi and wants to do that. However, I want 50s Prime Time. So now I may be making plans to do both that day. Maybe an early PS for Sci-Fi for lunch and a late time for dinner for 50s Prime time. BTW, just how long is 50s Prime Time open in the evening?:)
Luckily my DH and DD don't seem to have many preferences (with the exception of Chef Mickey's for my daughter)

I've never done both, but I wanted to say: My DH and I shared a prime rib sub meal at Sci Fi. We each got our own drink. We were pleasantly full but not stuffed. We could have eaten a Prime Time dinner no problem if it was sufficient time between the two. So that may be an option for you - split a meal at lunch.

Yes, We've done both several times. We go to an early seating at Sci-Fi and my DH and I usually share a hamburger. They will split it for you in the kitchen. We then go to 50's Prime Time for dinner and have a larger meal (pot roast or chicken::yes:: )

That's what we have planned for our trip in July. We're doing lunch at Sci Fi and dinner at Prime TIme. I don't think it will be a problem because if anybody isn't really hungry they can always split a meal, or just order an appetizer. With three small children we like sit down meals better because they give the kids a chance to relax.

If you don't want to eat a meal at Sci-Fi but still want to soak in the atmosphere, go after the lunch or dinner crowd for dessert. They have really good shakes and it's a fun break for a snack (in air conditioning!). We have gone after 2 p.m. without a PS and got seated fairly quickly, but I would still make a PS if you know what time you want to go.......

Hmph, Catnik, if I go in there with my crew, they'll want a full meal, even if they ate only two hours before!:) A bunch of 'eat it while you can' experts!;)
As for the meal splitting, I'll be doing that anyway, since I had gb surgery two years ago. That's one reason why we may be able to do two, since two of us will be splitting.:)
Thanks for the info.

HEY! I just noticed that I got tagged! COOL! And, not nearly as bad as I had feared it could be.:)
