I recently used my reward card and used all the points I had on it. I don't remember the CM at guest relations returning it to me. Do I need it to add more points or do they just issue me a new one the next time I redeem my points? Thanks!

They should have given it back to you - you're able to add more points to it later. You'll be able to get a new one next time you want to use your points, though.

If you already have a Reward Card can they add to it quickly? I'd like to have my first card sent to me for my trip next month, but I have a big bill  that's due in December. I'd like to transfer the points from that statement onto the Reward Card as soon as they are available.

If you have your card already - you can add to it instantly. Register on line and follow the links at www.firstusa.com/disney.

I LOVE THIS CARD! So far I have $192 in rewards points - and I never carry a balance.

robinb - That's exactly what I just did - ordered a card and put only $20 on it (wanted to see what the expiration date was) - card arrived in about a week - the points (20) on the card are good till 12/04. When I go down in Jan I'll call the # on the card and have more points transferred over just before I go - if I call again before I leave WDW I may even get my Jan points moved over to put towards my final bill. Our plan is to charge our meals to our room and use the rewards card to pay them off at check out or the day before(to insure they don't automatically put the charges on our CC again!).
