On line trip planning, maps, tolls

Does anybody know of a web site that allows you to calculate the tolls for a long trip. I can get directions but i want to know approx. toll costs.

in case you don't know a site but know some info, I'm going from south Jersey to Cape Hatteras, NC. I know the cost of the Cape May Ferry and the Chesapeake Bay Tunnel. It's the other stuff I need. I remember there being several toll bridges plus I guess some interstate tolls.
