If you use on line check in do you have the opportunity to enter a building request or do you have to call to do that

It depends on the options for online check in for your specific resort. The options during online check in are predetermined and limited. That is why I always suggest, and do this myself, that you call the main reservations line and have any requests added to your reservation. This way you are not limited to the options during online check in.

This can be done any time from the day you book up until about 4-5 days prior to your arrival.
