On line check in ?????

Our trip to WDW is 60 days out so today I was able to do online check in. I had some trouble with it. I was able to do my building preferences and put my credit card. It shows me as an adult w/ a room key and charging capabilities, it shows that my kids get a room key but, for some reason it shows my husband as a "guest" & it doesn't show him getting a room key or having charging capabilities. The reservation is under his name and I used his card. Should I call down to our hotel (we are staying at POP!) to see if they can change it or should I just wait until we get there in June? I just don't want to have any trouble when we arrive. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you!

Ever since they changed over to the new website, people have reported weird issues like you saw. I would not worry about it at all.

Thank you! It did show my husband as key holder and being able to charge briefly but then, it didn't anymore. It just shows him as "guest" now. This is the first time I've used online check in. I think I would just rather wait in line at the resort.

I made my room request, it would be nice to be able to get it - I'll keep my fingers crossed. I really want a lake view in the 50's section!

Yep, mine shows the same thing after online check in. My DH and kids each have "room key" next to their names, but my name just shows "guest". The web site has been glitchy for sure. All the information on my reservation is correct, so I'm not too worried about it.

for years now we have been going to WDW and POP but on line check-in has had issues since day 1. If you are concerned, I would call POP directly to make sure it is ok. I did this for last years trip and they were great! when I got there we just got our key and went to the parks quickly (about a 10 minute process).
