so do I still need to check in 24hours ahead on-line? It's not a problem for our trip down; but, for our return flight we'll be at MNSSHP at the 24 hour mark.

Thanks!

Denise I did not reserve seats last year for either leg of the trip. The boys & I were still assigned seats together. For this trip I had a seperate reservation that I made for one of Garretts friend that will be traveling with us. When I called & talked to them I wanted to make sure we would all be seated together, so she noted this for the flights I booked. Maybe you could call them as well & see if they could do this for you.

Janet,

We already have confirmed seat assignments because the TA made them (row 18/19 going down, rows 12/13 coming home). I'm just wondering do I still need to check in 24 hours ahead on line since we already have seats? Thanks for the help.

Oh well you are good to go then :thumbsup2

Chanon did it for us. She is just too sweet!

Awweee...you guys are making me blush!
You guys don't have to do it right at the 24 hour mark, you can wait until the morning you leave if you want too. Most check in early at the 24 hour mark because they want their seats (which your covered!) By checking in early, Airtran know's that you will be on the plane. (Check in is more for them making sure you'll be there; it kind of gives them an actual count for the plane; the earlier you check in, less likely you'll be voluntarly bumped if they are overbooked for that flight.)
I would make sure that when you leave your home airport to verify you have seats assigned for the return flight (always double check your TA! :teeth: ) and just remember a lot of people in MCO don't have access to a computer to check in. Just get up early on the 30th and check in then.
