Going on 50 minutes on hold for WDW Play to make reservations for a Beachcomber Shack… Sorry but this is ridiculous.

I'm sorry. I had the same experience 3 weeks ago, when I tried purchasing additional theme park tickets and MDE kept crashing. I finally bit the bullet and called. I ended up on holed for 25 minutes. You are a lot mot patient than I am. 50 minutes? Way too much. At least you can catch up on your reading.

It's the weekends that are always the worst. I learned that the hard way myself. After that, I learned to try and call them during the week if I could!

Oh, also, I have a theory that the WDW Play line is always way worse than the main line. I just figure they have fewer staff. So annoying.

Ok, I decided to keep them on speaker phone and bring them to the bathroom with me…and THAT worked.
I have my reservation! LOL
