Free run is AWESOME!
I just finished a ten minute run...10 minutes ago. Lol.
I don't really think that weight just comes off right as you're burning calories.
I always thought it burned off over about a week.
Plus you're gaining muscle in your legs and stuff.
That's why I only weigh once a week and only everyday on the wii, which I think it's stupid anyways. It's completely off all the time on my weight.
I always set my goal for a pound and I've only made it...like twice and ended up gaining it all back the next week even though I really didn't. xD
I'm lifting 5lb weights while doing the free walk but skipped today because my arms hurt really bad yesterday.
Skipping leg workout tomorrow because I pulled a muscle in my heel and can't do forward bend poses right now and my right calf is killing me.
So onto abs tomorrow.
I work out about 1 hour a day during school with a few less or skips here and there and I still gain weight and lose it continously but don't really gain any noticeable fat. Don't worry about it.
Anyone have any tips for drinking more water during school?
I take a water bottle and can finish it but I refuse to fill it up at the fountain as people have their mouths all over it and stick gum to it and it's nasty.
I don't want to haul around 3 water bottles either.
Also, anyone have the My fitness coach for the wii?
I'm thinking about getting it with my giftcards, I've only heard good reviews about it.
