On a scale of one to ten, how crazy are we?

Not at all crazy! We went the week before Easter this year. We were home a couple of weeks and I booked another trip for September!

Regular person crazy? About a 10.

Disboard poster crazy? About a 2 (just because of it being X-mas week, otherwise I would have given you a negative 4)

Welcome to the loony house! I will be your guide for today. :rotfl2:

I'm with you. We are crazy. One year we went to Disney 4 times. We don't have the money anymore to do this. But this year we will be there on Christmas. We love to spend the holidays there.

Not crazy at all! We just got back April 7th. and planned a back to back surprise trip! We are calling it "Operation Mine Train".. the kiddos have no idea we are leaving on Friday to go back! We live in Texas, so it's not close to Florida! We love Disney and this will be our 34th. trip since 2000! Join the club!

So, my wife and I just returned from a fantastic trip to Disney World. Celebrated our twentieth anniversary with a jaunt to Star Wars weekend and spent six glorious days - and left the kids behind.

This morning, we booked a trip back to Disney - with the kids - for a week over Christmas.

We have crossed the addiction line. We are a bit nervous, and are trying to pull ourselves in a new direction - enjoying the holiday - something we have wanted to do.

And now, I feel us thinking about another trip over next summer.

Other crazies out there?

Sounds totally sane to me!:thumbsup2

If I had the resources, I'd be doing exactly what you are doing.pixiedust:

I:love: WDW more than any other place on earth.

Not crazy at all. We used to go 2-3x per year and by the time we got to trip #15 or so we started getting a little "parked out". So we thought we try DCL which started a whole new addiction. Let me tell you, that is worse than heroin and starts the first day you board. :cloud9: Makes the parks feel like more work than work. The service on DCL is over the top. They cut my son's meat & crack his lobster.
Now I'm planning Disney cruise #16. :lovestruc :sail:

How many days will you spend at Disney during "Operation Mine Train"? I see it's at the beautiful Old Key West? How was your last stay at AKL?

I see you *are* returning to WDW in 8 months though, right? At AKL?

Just to clarify, are we talking "real world crazy" or "Dis-er crazy?" In the real world this might be considered a bit over-the-top. Around here? You haven't even scratched the surface of crazy...but give it some time :earboy2:

Exactly :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

If I could afford it, we would go every year... but I can't so we try to go every two years. This trip will end a three year hiatius and I've been itching to go! I really like to travel the world though, and if money wasn't an issue, I would probably stick to once a year trip with an international trip too... maybe someday...

I would love to be one who could do 2 weeks at a time, but in my Real World that is not possible.

However, my Real World has its moments... Just returned from 6 days in May with my husband, going with family (13 of us) in September, short trip first week of November, Spring Training in March and back for more in May 2015!! :woohoo:

Gonna try and make the most our of my first ever ANNUAL PASS!! :cool1:

There are some in my Real World that just don't get my "Disney Side"... but to those who do... well, they also have their "Disney Side" :thumbsup2

I don't know if anyone has said this yet. But if you are going to do all this and go so much I would definitely recommend DVC you can buy off the secondary market and get some great deals and then you can go more than usual and it works out as a win for you in the long run with the prices these days of rooms
But if I were you and I could go that much I'd definitely go no doubt
