Our other contract for VWL points is IN THE SYSTEM!!! I just called MS and they even gave me our new member number (different UY) over the phone. That brightened my day after the TSS mess.... now the other contract through TSS needs to MAGICALLY APPEAR in the system.... soon.

Fidelity closed on the 14th..... and today it was in the system...so who knows.... could have been there days ago.
