Anyone try this yet? How large are the rooms?

We are booked for July. We did the Travelzoo deal. I looked on tripadvisor for reviews, mostly very good ones. According to the Orbitz site, both the deluxe room, which we booked and the next one up, the premium room are 406 Sq Feet. The premium rooms (some anyway have blaconies and better views).
