Omg So Mad!

OMG I am so mad right now. i knew you had to break 240,000 to get the fireworks magic, but i forgot i had to come in second!! i have been trying for weeks just to get to 240,000, and my dreams were crushed bc i came in first. i do not think it is right that that happened but i guess that is part of their rules to get fireworks magic. oh well, i will keep trying.

I have been trying for along time time to get 240,000+ so I can get the Fireworks magic...the other day I got a little over 230,000 and now I hear we have to come in 2nd?

You'll get there, the first time I broke 240,000 I thought I'd never get there again. But with time I got better and I was breaking that score with no problem. Eventually I got in second and got my pin!!

Now I'm working on breaking 270,000, my best score so far is 268,000. Woot! Good luck on your quest to the fireworks pin!

At first I thought it was incredibly hard! But when i kept practicing, i got better. After I got it once, I kept getting it and getting it. Then it dawned on me yo create other accounts and get more pins. Thus my first mule was born!! So i started to create some charaters just for that purpose. I have not played that game in a long time, but I can try again with one of my mules who has not gotten the pin, and win you one if you want.

You also win the pin if you win (first place) in the game several times- I'm guessing at least 20- so far I've won about 8 pins on my main character and a few more with the 240k and second place on mules- of course the trick is making sure you are playing with someone who can beat you

If I see I'm playing against those who get 260 plus (always on top 10) I will log on a mule and play a few games until I win the pin that way

If I am on as a mule and trying to build up credits and I'm winning and beating others a lot I go on as myself again...

But either way- keep trying- it was a long time before I actually tried to play the game- and then seemed to take me forever to break 200k then I started getting higher and higher- I now consistently hit 240k (well everynow and then I just have some bad games but I haven't been less than 230k in a long while)

A lot has to do with learning the patterns then learning how long you can wait and still hit them all- I know I can get a lot more points in HM game- but I don't get as frustrated playing fireworks- lol

My dh hit the 240k mark a long long time ago- and he kept encouraging me to keep playing the game- I did and did get better

Just keep at it you will get there- I know I was surprised when I did- and I still get excited when I get new milestones.

VirtuallyMe - you and I have the exact same strategy, LOL. Winning first place, I log on as me. Secondary characters are used when someone better than me is playing, LOL.

My score always depends on the last set in round 5. Those blue ones that detonate fast need to before the teal star. When the blue ones come after the star, I always score lower.

Ihav not played since the masion game opened but I score first often and almost always over 240K but have only ever won 1 magic pin. Is this a recent change? Because I have been using mules for extra pins as well for that reason.

Teddy, the whole point of this thread was to say how mad i was bc i DIDN'T get the pin, LOL i did break 240,000, but i came in first, so i did not get it. LOL oh well, i will keep playing. that game is really fun now that i have a fast computer! and ty all for the tips, that really helps having someone who you know will beat yea My record right now is 241,000, so i will try to beat that AFTER i get my fireworks pin.

Ah, my strategy is shared by many.

Also, when you're playing secondary character, and you're having a
good game, have you ever slowed down at the end of Level Five to
just barely go over the 240k mark? I've done that when I've realized
that clicking all the fireworks might make me win the game.
