OMG! SeaWorld's Sky Tower becomes stuck again!

I was attending SeaWorld Orlando on the 4th of July 2017 and towards the end of the day before the fireworks, I seen the SeaWorld Sky Tower going up with riders and thought nothing of it. I was walking for a bit when I noticed people pointing up and I seen the capsule just paused not even to the top. The lights were on and people were waving their arms and stuff. I was saying, "No way it got stuck again!" Finally after a bit the capsule lowered into the hatch and I guess everyone was evacuated.

That thing is always broke. I don't care for it anyway cuz it's never working and we are pass holders. Hardly ever.
