We just made an offer on a 50 point add-on at HHI thru the Timeshare Store. I think the contract just got listed today, I called DH at work, and we decided to go for it. So where's the waiting for ROFR thread? That's what we'll be waiting for now.

What a geek I am! Last night I saw the Timeshare Store's website and they're listing our add-on as sale-pending status. After I yelled and screamed (DH came running to see what had happened), I actually took a picture of the computer screen.

That is so great!!!! I'm sure you made the seller's Christmas as well. A truly win-win!!!
We're in Cape May and, while bird watching is definitely not great, a mockingbird greeted me as I opened our blinds this morning.
