OMG! Looking at the crowd going into the Parks today!

Looking at the HoJo Webcam and when they show the view of the Esplanade - the area where the buses drop you off - wow! the amount of people is ridiculous! (At 9:15 on Friday morning.) It's gonna be an epic day. Still wondering if we're crazy for going next week.

We are going next week too. I made my reservations before they announced the Cars Land opening. I am scared of the crowds but, we will just have to make the best of it.

i think next week will just be like a crazy summer day and holidays. I think most of the crazys who must see it went today and this weekend. I think next week will be busy yes but not so bad that you cant plan around it. Just run for fp right away and go on it once thought stand by (i mean right at opening by pass all else)

Remember there are thousands of us locals that want to experience CL. We are all avoiding DL for a little while, but we'll be going. CL is going to bring in locals that haven't been for years due to burn out. I expect the next two years to be very busy.

We are going in August we are planning for big crowds! I am just waiting to figure out a plan to do carsland in when its closer to the time to see when we need to get our fastpass and what is the best touring plan. I am waiting for the trip report!!!

People are saying Sunday could be the worst--the SoCal APs are blocked out today, as well as many people still having to go to work/school. But on Sunday all AP will be unblocked.
