OMG Jet Blue changed my flights!!!!

Jet Blue is pretty good about keeping changes to a minimum. It's not like SW, which never changes, but every single flight doesn't change every time, like AT.

I had a nonstop from PWM for July and got an email too; JB isn't running as many nonstops to MCO this summer apparently. I quickly looked on Kayak and discovered Airtran had deleted its nonstop as well. The loads must not be as good as they expected. I don't know who deleted their nonstop first but the competitor quickly followed. JB rep changed my flights with no problem when the system stuck me with times I didn't like.

A full refund or switch to any other flights for the OP sounds totally reasonable; I can't really understand why she now feels "different" about JB.

Pig Pen: I just yesterday had a run-in with Delta and encountered the same rigidity, including two reps who insisted that a flight change to leave me 49 minutes to connect in ATL is "within" the 55-minute minimum connection time specified by DL. On the third phone call I got a rep who accomodated my request to fly the first leg a couple of hours earlier (on a cheaper flight!). The other two insisted I would have to pay $150 for the convenience of not having to run through ATL because of a schedule change.
