Ha ha! I just had to laugh at this post because I saw the temp was 9 degrees when driving to work the other day and thought, "Huh, well, that's not too bad. Better than what we've been getting lately."
I remember how fun it used to be in college when the imports from California would ask "No really, how cold does it get here?" I'd tell them about the time I went to school at -40, or the time I went skiing at -50. It's not cold until you get the TV news warnings telling you to time how long your pets are left outside to do their business because they can't be left in the cold more than a few minutes at a time.
