It has now been 3 weeks for me and VMK is still looking into it let's not hi jack Riser's thread for my problems, thank you for the thought though.

I don't want anyone to get me wrong, I am glad that Riser got his sandals back.

But at the same time people who have been in situations similar for a lot longer have had NOTHING done to help them at all. And within 2 days he gets his sandals back personally by Lily? This kind of makes me mad especially since it was his own fault that they were stolen, and everyone has been warned about letting people borrow their stuff numbers times by VMK staff, recent quests, and members within DIS. (Edit: I can see why you would lend an item to another VMK'er or DISer that you trust, and did not know the offender was a "good" friend of Rises). Another thing to add on with Laurabearz is that yes a big to-do was made and claims that he was going to quit VMK forever because a virtual item was lost that has no value in real life! It would have been sad if he quit VMK because of this, and it would have heartbroken a lot of his friends both on DIS and on VMK. And again others who do the proper steps by sending in reports and doing their part to be patient, do not get rewarded./end rant

I guess this is just my 2 cents and I hope I don't get flamed for it. I have nothing against Rise at all, just the way that his situation was handled.

In Rizer's defense, he lost his flips the same way I lost mine trusting someone who he thought was a friend and he could trust.

I have heard several different stories about that lol. I have heard he was a not so good friend, to someone he knew for a little while. I guess I didn't know the truth, so I apologize for that if I offended you in any way Mal. Thats another thing that angers me on VMK.

No offense taken, I just wanted to clear that up. It seems a lot of people think I was trading. I was not. My scammer was a friend who I had let borrow in the past several times and he always let me hold something while he used my item and gave it right back.

This time he let me hold his items while he used my inferno to take a picture of himself. He used it right away and then immediately left the room and Deleted me off his friends list.

Heh, this all belong to <removed> which I thought he was a "Friend" found out I can't use that term too lightly =/ I guess it was a cover up he said he was grounded, but hey we will never know this is a virtual game most of us out do not know who we're talking to! But hey let's just be happy I got my flippers back. =]

Let's pray for Mal that she gets her inferno back because I know what's she's now going through =/ and it sucks! I hope you get it back Mal. Best Wishes.
