So, I leave this morning to have a great day with Tracey and the Christmas Carol Train!! (We had a great time and I can't wait for the movie!!!)
Anyway, after Tracey dropped me off at my car, something told me to check my phone. So, I check it and I have a voice mail from the US Census Bureau with a job offer!!!
Basically, it's only a temporary (8 weeks with a probably extension) office job, but it's 40 hours a week and above minimum wage!!
I have already asked about needing 2 days off in December and they didn't seem to have a problem with that, so DAP is still a go!!!
I start training Monday morning!!!
It's not a permanent position and there are no benfits, but it gives me an additional 3-4 months (if extended) to look for something permanent!!
I am so excited!!!
