Bev, I only ask that you be gentle when delivering that kick in the butt!
I'm leaving for the cruise on Friday. I'm already trying to burn some good eating strategies into my head. (There's no need to clean your plate, avoid or go lightly on creamy sauces, start meals by eating the healthy veggies and salads, choose fruit instead of pastries at snacktimes)... Walking the decks on the ship? hmmmm... I could take my walking shoes and try that.
Even more likely (and this sounds nutty to me, but I am really considering it)- my stateroom will have plenty of space AND is equipped with a DVD player. Do you think DH would think me completely wacky if I brought WATP onboard, and walked in the privacy of my own room? I can't believe I'm even considering it.
I'm really going to try to not go completely overboard with the eating, but I know I'll be eating more than usual (and more than necessary!) Do you think I can get enough benefit from WATP to balance some of that out?

Who would have thought that all of our walkers would be able to convert even two anti-exercise WISHers like Katholyn and me?
