Omelet station

I'm not really a breakfast person, but we'll be on the Deluxe Dining Plan next October. I do like to go to omelet stations, where you can tell the chef what you want in your omelet. Do any of the Disney on grounds restaurants have this? I know this may more likely be at a buffet, but any restaurant that has a good choice of omelets on the menu, or even a make your own option, would be fine, too. We're two adults in our early 50s, going for our 30th anniversary, and although we don't dislike the characters, it doesn't have to be a character meal. I will say, I'm scared of the Mad Hatter and many of the Alice in Wonderland characters, so please warn me if they're the featured characters at any of the options you give me! I know, I know, I can tell the waitress to keep them away, but I just want to be prepared! Oh, and we'll be staying at the Contemporary.

POR has a "make-your-own" omelet station.

They usually have two types of meats, two types of cheeses and then diced veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc).

MK Crystal Palace breakfast Omelets made to order. These guys will be there though --> and Piglet

We've done it 2x and the food was good.

If memory serves, 1900 Park Fare has an omelet station. I know that they do cook to order eggs because that's the only reason that dd wants to go there! She picky about her eggs.....

1900 Park Fare does and they are delicious but it does feature Alice, mad hatter, mary poppins and pooh and tigger. So maybe not your ideal place to go.

I love Pooh and his friends, so I'll go for Crystal Palace. Since we will be at the Contemporary, how close is Crystal Palace? Should we take the monorail or walk it?

We have the Deluxe Dining Plan. Would this be two TS or one TS credit?

Boma at AKL has a wonderful station. DH, DD and DS love it there. Their omelets always look great. Makes me tempted to try one and I don't really eat eggs. We almost always eat breakfast there 3 times.

I believe that many of the CS locations in the resorts have them as well. Your selection may only be meat, cheese, and maybe a few veggies, but they will often accommodate your requests. I have had no problem getting veggie omelets when not listed on the menu.

And you are correct, many of the buffets will have them as well.
