I find that Omaha steaks are pretty salty
Maybe I'm the only one...
It's my opinion that they use a special brine to help
give their steaks that tender texture so many people just rave over.
Anyone else ever notice that you don't need to use salt to season
your Omaha steaks much (or at all)?
Reminds me of the steaks at Applebees
and their sirloin steaks price out about the same...
only at Applebees you get some really salty side dishes too
