Olympic Results Request

Please - don't put Olympic results in your THREAD TITLE! Even though I'm in the same Time Zone as the Olympics, we will be seeing competitions during our Prime Time, which is 3 hours behind the East Coast. I promise not to click on an Olympic thread if everyone just remembers to not put results in the thread title.

I plan to avoid websites that have results as they happen.

Agreed!! Even though I'm going for the first 5 days I think that's fair enough since being from the west coast I'm not a very happy camper with NBC as
I would like to see it the events were no going to and when we get back live though I'm sure we will well in Canada...

Spoilers are okay WITHIN threads because people can choose not to click. Spoilers should not be put in thread titles.

I agree...completely reasonable request!

I never get upset when people get all bent out of shape about spoilers in a regular tv thread....I just don't read the thread until I watch the show. However you can't avoid the thread titles, so that is just common courtesy!

Maybe make a request of the mod's that they can put a sticky thread reminding people not to post spoilers in thread titles.
