I don't know about for dinner, but we went last year around 1:00-2:00 one afternoon and there was no wait and only about 5 other families in the restaurant. I thought it was a good lunch (despite getting ketchup spilled on me...but that's another story...). Nothing special, but nothing that would stop us from going back in a few years, either.
