Olivia's at okw

We have had lunch/dinner there many times, and noticed family photos of members of okw on their walls. Can I bring in my family photo since we own okw or they don't except them anymore??

I am pretty sure the walls are all "filled up". We visit Olivia's a lot as OKW members -- I don't remember where I saw it, but there was a notice somewhere that they aren't accepting any more photos for that reason. If you notice, they even have them near, above and around the doors leading to the restrooms - I think they have truly just run out of space.

They quit accepting photos quite a few years ago. The photos in Olivia's used to be all over all the walls, and now they are just in the sunporch area. There are some that were moved to the community center too. I can't remember if they still have them on the walls near the public restrooms outside of Olivia's or not. If not, they used to be there too.

I remember last time we were in Community Hall they had at least one digital photo frame that had member family photos. It was one of those frames that held a bunch of pictures and the photo changed every few seconds. Maybe they need to have those all over instead!!

I have the phone number for the front desk at OKW, hopefully they could connect you-it's 407-827-7700. This was the phone number given out in the Member's Guidebook a few years ago.

just as a side note...LOVE that place!!!! Olivia's was such a great meal. DH's cousin is a chef there, and we decided to give it a try..the PRIME RIB was delish as was the Ceasar Salad. YUM!

They can connect you. But bear in mind that all resort front desk numbers now go to a "virtual front desk" call center that is not located at the resort, and perhaps not even on WDW property. In essence, your call will be answered by the WDW Operator.
