I keep seeing commercials this morning for Starbucks about coffee with olive oil in it.
I'm not a Starbucks fan to begin with, but this...I just can't.
You think eating locusts isn't nasty?Sure, it can be worse. Those "nasty" ingredients taste good. Olive oil in coffee does not.
Why can't they just use milk, cream, and pineapples? To be fair, Disney doesn't put that stuff in there, I believe Dole does.
Why can't they just use milk, cream, and pineapples?
What if you just skip the olive oil and add olives?
If adding olives, why not just skip the coffee and make it a martini?
Another thread solved.
Good Morning America just did a segment on this. YES the oil floated on top. And both the GMA reporter and the hosts' expressions after trying it, makes me want to throw up.
Yes the current product is just so highly processed. It would be nice if they could move to a product that was not. Would be nice if they made the product fresh on demand.Well, because you can make it from shelf stable bags of powder that way. It's also non-dairy. I'm not saying that a real pineapple ice cream wouldn't be better, but Dole Whip just isn't that and never has been.
Oh my gosh, Michael's face!!Here is the olive oil in coffee segment on GMA this morning

The only oil I’m putting in my coffee is from the “creamer” I use.
No thanks, My coffee fixins are pretty set, and I love my coffee: very strong brew, w half a Splenda/sweetener and a little heavy cream. That's it. I'd try about anything once, but that sounds so crazy!
