We are arriving on Saturday and staying offsite. We have non-expiring tickets with 6 days left on each. I did my research and have successfully linked my tickets into a MDE account, and have made FP reservations.

Now what? Will our older tickets (some bought in 2012, others 2011) work at the gates, or do we need to trade them in for something else?

If we do need to trade them in, where can that be done, and how much time should I allot for trade-in time?

TIA

You'll need to exchange your old Tyvek tickets for the new RFID version. It only takes a couple of moments to do so at any of the ticketing counters. Your MB will also allow you entry into the parks.

Will this affect FP+ choices?

You can do it at DTD.

If they are linked to MDE it will not affect FP+

Do any parks still have FP-? If so, you can use your RFID tickets to get FP-, which is a reason to exchange them. otherwise, I wouldnt bother.
