I go with the non-transferable answer. The fingerprint scanning started early in 2005, I believe. But Disney states they are not transferable. Selling partially used tickets is actually against Florida law, but I realize you're not talking about paying for them.
However, aside from that fact -- you need to look @ how many days you are going for as well.
Those are 3 day tickets, and they will not be able to be upgraded or added to in any way (tickets cannot be upgrade more than 14 days after first use, and pre-Magic My Way tickets cannot be upgraded - you can check the Ticket Sticky in the Theme Parks board for all the details).
So if you are going for 3 days and want to risk it, feel free. But if you are going for more days, it may not make a lot of sense.
If you were going for a week, you would still have to purchase a 4 day ticket for the rest of the days - that will be $247. A 7 day ticket only costs $263. That small type of savings would not be worth it to me to try to use someone else's tickets.
