Old Tickets on MDE - Water Parks?

I have some old tickets (5 day hopper plus), which had been partially used. I exchanged these for new ticket media a few years ago. The tickets have no more theme park days remaining, but should still have “plus” days (water parks). I have successfully linked the tickets in MDE.

MDE only says “0 Theme Park Days Remaining”. Is there any way to see the water park days remaining, or do I just need to try to keep track myself?

It should say if you have water park days remaining. You can call though and they can tell you for sure.

I have this same issue - on MDE it lists how many theme park days remain, but I can't find anywhere where it lists how many water park days remain. There is a phone number and an email address where you can check the balance.

You need to keep track of them in your head or check with customer service at the parks from time to time. I have old no expiration tickets that have no park days left on them but plenty of water park days and they do not show up on MDE.

Had this issue recently. Called in, and the CM explained that because water parks do not have FPs, they don't "show" in MDE. Apparently MDE was built around "reservations," whether hotel, ADRs, or FPs. Since the water parks have none of those, there is no way to track remaining park entries. Software design flaw, but at least she was able to tell me why. One of the rare times I stuck around for the survey, and gave the CM good scores!
