I am so bummed! I tried to get the computer area to give me access to other website. Being that it's a chat room they can't do it.
When they gave me access to Disboards way back, the firm wasn't as strict.

So I won't be able to keep abreast of the various plans until tonight.

If something new comes up or changes, can you please post here also?

Thank you all for your quick replies. What DVC resort are people staying at since I am also a DVCer and I have a few points that I can use at that time. I will check my calendar today and make a decision ASAP.
I would love to find a group of people who enjoy WDW as much as I do. I can usually drag my husband along once or twice per year but he's not happy about it!

There are 8 of us staying at BWV barring I can still get the reservation today

in all the years i have worn mine, i have only encountered one person at the parks. met crkrt...........and that was only because she was wearing a dis tshirt. it was dark at mnsshp last year and she didn't see my ribbon

Yes. The schedule here on post 8 will be updates as plans are finalized. There are lots of ideas floating around but what we have there is what has been determined so far. Feel free to PM me if need be.

Could someone answer a few questions about this trip?
Is there a deadline by which we must know if we are coming? I am very interested but just learned about this yesterday and need a couple of days to see if I can work it out.
Do all of you already know each other? I don't know any other Dis members and I don't want to feel like a fifth wheel.
Are DVC members planninig to stay at DVC resorts or is everyone staying at CSR?
Any members flying from the NYC area? I hate to fly alone.
That's all I can think of for now. Would appreciate any replies. Thanks.

I do not have a set deadline but the sooner the better. I am recieving PMs daily from those who want to come and are submitting their info, but there are still alot I haven't heard from too, so there is still time. We just need to get an idea for room reservations.

I know no one here! And I don't care. I am a stranger and we are all doing exactly what we were always told not to do, which is shack up with some stranger from the internet. But hey, it should be fun so who cares.

So far there is a group of 8 staying at the BWV. Other than that everyone is either at the CSR or they live in the area or will be there with family and are only going to catch up with us for a day or evening out. Agotta (Amanda) is organizing the DVCers info.

As far as people coming from New York....it looks like I have 2 who are in NY. I will PM them and see if they don't mind me giving out their names and in the meantime maybe someone will see this and let you know.

BTW, I am Beth (mommaU4) and I started this whole mess.
Tammy (Snowwhite33) is my co-planner and can also answer any questions.
Jenny (JennyMominRI) is in charge of meal planning.
And Sarah (sahbushka) is our resident travel agent who is going to make sure I don't screw everything up.

We welcome all ideas and suggestions and if you have any more just ask away or PM me.

I think we need to get "Official Dis Ladies Only Trip" t-shirts. Seriously. Does anyone know a good place for to order shirts? They need to be lime green, of course. (even though that's not my color, I'll sacrifice).

I got a shirt through disneyshopping.com that was pretty cool. I checked it out and they seem to contract with razzle which I found by googling customized t-shirts razzle. I am not sure how much customizing is allowed, but it might be something to look into...I saw lime green.
