We have 2 days left on an old ticket from 1992, can we use this to convert to a 5 day hopper plus pass?? How is this done? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

You can do this at the fron desk of your resort. I did it last September and it is not a problem. They will pro-rate your old pass and you just pay the difference for the new one. The CM put my new pass on a plastic card instead of the paper ticket.
If you are not staying on property, I bet you can do the same thing at a ticket window at the parks.

YOU CAN STOP BY THE DISNEY INFORMATION CENTER IN OCALA AND THEY WILL DO IT TOO!!

Someone with more Disney experience, please correct me if I am mistaken.

However, I think you would be better off using the 2 days on your old pass and then buying a new hopper for your remaining days. The way I understand it, you can use your old pass to get into the park on a day for day basis (2 days, in your case). However, if you turn in your old pass for a new pass, you are credited $ for $. This will be much less than 2 days entry since prices have increased so much.

Something to consider.

As mentioned prior do not trade them in you lose value due to the increase in ticket prices. We had one day left on a hopper from a few years back and got offered $18 for it not exactly 1/5 of a new 5 day pass......so use your old pass and enjoy 2 full days....
