Old Park Tickets?

We have not been to WDW for about 10 years. We have old paper tickets from before the biometrics were happening. Does everyone get wrist bands now? Or is that just if you are staying on property? I still have a couple of park days left on those passes as well as a "special" as it was called at that time, --a water park or mini golf. Do I just bring these to the ticket office? Can I do anything in advance so as not to take up time our first day in the park? Any info is appreciated. Thanks so much!

When I had old tickets, I went to Guest Services inside the park. In my case, I was in Epcot. I had really old tickets, from when my now adult kids were under 10 years old. The person updated the tickets to adult, including the water parks. I don't remember how, but he did get it to appear on MDE. I think he may have given me new tickets that I added later? or he did it himself? Anyway, it did get done. Wristbands are if you are staying on property.

Any ticket booth or Guest Relations location can convert old tickets. Your existing ticket entitlements will remain, but we'll issue you a hard plastic RFID enabled card that will work for park entry. MagicBands are not required.

Is there still a guest services booth in what is now Disney Springs? I'd like to get it all settled before our park day

There are two Guest Relations locations in Disney Springs. One's near DisneyQuest, the other is down on the other end somewhere. I'm on my phone and don't have a map in front of me or I'd be more specific.

Thank you!
