old park hopper plus question

We have one plus feature left on our old park hopper plus tickets. I know we can use them at a waterpark but if the weather doesn't cooperate, can we use that leftover plus feature at Disney Quest? I probably knew this two years ago when we bought the tickets but now I only have the tickets left and no brochure.

Sorry, the old park hopper tickets did not give you admission to DQ, only the water parks, PI and maybe WWoS.
