Just wanted to bump & give my experience in case anyone else has older tickets. Husband & I had old non expiring Magic Your Way tickets from a resort stay 2006. My note said we had 5 days left. I called the ticket dept number posted by
@Dave006 on the first page. Had a bit of a hold time, maybe 15-20 minutes, before I got a CM. She did have many questions like if I remembered the park of 1st use, last time we used them, how many trips we had used them on etc. I didn’t have answers for most of her questions, just knew the number of days I had left & the date I assumed we first used because of the date on the ticket.
After asking all the questions, she gave me an email address & had me send an email with a photo of the tickets attached. She remained on the phone with me while I sent it. She put me on hold while she checked the photo . When she came back online, the tickets were in my
MDE account & ready for use. The tickets had water park features still available which are listed separately from the park tickets. She reminded me we’ll need park reservations to use the tickets & answered a few more questions. I already made a reservation for Christmas Day!
The whole call took maybe 40 minutes, including my hold time. I hate doing stuff like this & kept putting it off. But it really was quick & easy. Thanks to everyone who gave info here, I really appreciate it.
