Old Newbie - It's been a while..tips and thoughts

Hello from Georgia,
I joined this group many years ago and took my first child to Disney and used so many of the tips from this board to make my trip awesome. Now I find myself a single mom of 3 and ready to take another trip.

Any thoughts on vacationing in February? We have a break from school and I looking to take 2 girls age 6 and one boy age 10 to a resort hotel for a week.

Should I plan to stick to Magic Kingdom? Are 6 year old's old enough to enjoy epcot? Whay about animal kingdom?

Oh and what resort is the best for younger kids in February.

In addition to Magic Kingdom, yes Epcot for sure... My DD loved visiting around the world... I made it feel like we were traveling. Character visits are plentiful and so much for the kids to do.
