Old Navy - Price Adjustment

I bought quite a few things off Old Navy online, but since then I've received a $15 off $50 coupon in mail.

Can I bring the items I bought online to the store and get the $15 off the total? Or will they not do a price adjustment since I bought items online rather than in store?

I would check the terms and conditions of the coupon. Most coupons will say they cannot be used on previous purchases. Price adjustments are usually only done if a particular item you have purchased has gone on sale with in a certain amount of time after you have purchased that item.

For Old Navy the online store and the B&M store aren't quite the same entity, plus you can't use coupons on previous purchases. What you CAN do is run the numbers (including the current prices for what you bought) to see if it's worth returning all your stuff, and then going to the STORE and re-buying from the sales floor. You cannot rebuy the ones you just returned, you need to get new stuff, but it can be identical stuff.
