Then those are yours. You will want to double check your MDE account to make sure those MBs are not deactivated, and yes you are able to activate them again.

I have MagicBands from 2018 and 2019 that still work for park tickets, resort room entry, Photopass and charging to the band. It doesn't capture ride photos. But if I set the WDW app on my cellphone to allow location tracking, I will get the ride photos.

Thanks. I also have MBs from 2018 and before that don't capture ride photos, so that's good info to know.
