Old Key West room view

Hi. Could anyone suggest which one bedroom villas have the best views. We are quite happy with a top floor and don't mind walking to the transport or HH.
This is our first time staying at OKW and I have to rest in the afternoons so a nice view would be good. Many thanks

We stayed on the 1st floor near the main pool and behind the villa/balcony is the canal. From there we can see the boats the bring the guest to dtd. That was the best view ever for us.

What building number was it and did you make a request for it in advance?

I'm sorry but can't remember the room number/s. Check out the okw map and you should get an idea where the rooms (by the canal) are located. Also we got a corner villa during our stay there. And yes we did make a request to be placed in that certain area.

My favorites were 37 and 43. Nice water views. 37 also has a golf view. There are not too many 1 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Most are 1st and 2nd.

Oh and we're going to need a 1st floor 1 bedroom, but not a HA room. I'm hoping we don't get stuck with a shrubbery view is all and not such a far walk to the nearest pool.
