Old Key West - mousekeeping question

just booked for 3 weeks next oct/nov -

I realise it is a DVC resort and usually housekeeping is not everyday, but with booking with TCD does that make a difference, would we get housekeeping everyday?

I am also staying at OKW next October for our first Walt Disney World trip! So excited!
As far as I am aware if you are not a DVC member you get Mousekeeping every day.

it's a regular hotel for regular hotel guests - meaning you get mousekeeping every day just like at every other disney resort..

you won't know the difference, except that when you drive through the gate the guard will say to you, "welcome home"...

I think I might cry if that happens! We are staying there next year for our first trip too.

other CMs at the resort will also say that to you..

they do that at all the DVC resorts...because they're assuming you're a DVC owner.....

They usually say "Welcome home" everytime you approach the gate and when you goto the hospitality house. Thing is next summer will be our 4th stay there, its starting to feel like home.

Mousekeeping is every day or we wouldn't stay there, having my bed made every day is one thing I want on holiday. Even though its something and nothing its one reason we don't enjoy condos or villas.

I thought we got a pretty good price with dining included
our dates are 19/10 through to the 9/11 hoping to catch a mvmcp while we are there.

I think that would be a great plan, maybe we could combined it with doing something for GKTW, with what the podcast team are doing....just a thought.

I have to say this year was my 8th visit to WDW but my one night at the Boardwalk was my first night on property ... when they said 'Welcome Home' as I arrived I really did nearly cry! Cant wait for next year at SSR!
