We are going to stay in Old Key West in a studio. What is it like? Any tips???

Hi leggZ523,

OKW is a wonderfully relaxed resort especially after a hectic day in the parks.

A Studio has 2 queen beds, a table with two chairs, microwave, wet bar, mini fridge, toaster and a spacious bath with lots of storage.

There are laundry facilities at each pool and they are free to all guests. You will need to just buy detergent.

The resort is very spread out so you may want to request a room near the hospitality house (check in, shop, restaurant, bar) if you won't have a car(you can always use the internal bus that runs through the resort only) But also keep in mind THE MAIN POOL WILL BE CLOSED THOUGH MID-DECEMBER.

The link below will show you a map of the resort and bus stops and pools. If you or anyone in your party a light sleeper you may want to request a room further away from the stops as the buses run until after 2am.

Also the web site has pitures of rooms and resort info.

Hope this helps
