Good morning Vegas girlies, i'm leaving in 2 hours.

Ooohhh that resturant has some yummY looking soups and that butterscotch dessert sounds scrumptuous!

We are taking the kidlings to Night at the Museum2 and then by Hobby Lobby to let them pick out some arts and crafts..The girls usually get a couple of the wooden paper dolls and grandson picks out a wooden airplaine to paint.

My parents will come over for a BBQ tonight.

And tomorrow everyone comes over for another BBQ to Celebrate Our Daughter's Birthday.

That sounds like fun to me!! I BBQ. We're having a BBQ tonight as well - but I have no idea how many people there will be Frank did all the inviting, so I guess I'll just be surprised when they get here. I am going to try to make a "dump cake" for dessert. I've never tried this before. I can't even tell you what Jesse said Nasty boy! Should be fun!

Hi friends!!

I've been away forever....still busy with work and school has started up again. Waiting for our closing date on the house still but it is lining up to look like we are moving the week of the trip (of course)!! At this point it looks like I may just be able to join you all for Love and Ka. If anyone wants my stripper 101 spot they can have it....no need to pay for it...it's on me!

I will try try try to arrange to have the Thurs off so I can join in the shopping and lunch day...that is Paul's day off so it would be the easiest to arrange. If I can't get off work maybe I can go in real early and work till lunchtime then meet you at Town Square.

Loved Tommy Bahamas so I would love to eat there again. The decor was so relaxing!! Seriously felt you were somewhere tropical. I think I ordered fish tacos and I remember what I had was great and a large portion.

Still trying to get back on my feet after being sick. For some reason can't kick it (even though I do feel a lot better). Started a second course of antibiotics and have added steroids and an inhaler. Hopefully I'll feel better soon.

Sam and I had a great time on our mom and son DL trip. Rode Buzz 8 times..lol. The Grand Cali was everything I expected. He is going to be a great DVC kid...kept saying "mom, if we go on 2 more rides can we go back to the hotel?" LOVED the hotel and the pool and I seriously think we could have only gotten him 2 day hoppers and spent the 3rd day at the resort and he would have been thrilled.

I'm going for 2 more quick trips in Sept to take the other 2 kids for their alone time. I'm sure each one will be different but I'm looking forward to giving them special memories and time with me.

Hope you all are doing well. Miss this thread...just can't keep up right now.

That's too bad about your Torrid package Theresa. Whenever I order something I always hope the post office will just leave it on the doorstep 'cause no one is ever home to sign and the waiting and dealing with the post office is torture! At least you have a book to pass the time.

Sounds like you have a fun and busy day Dawn! Have bunches of fun. I love the name Hobby Lobby...almost makes me wish there was one around here so I could say it in casual conversation.

Both the brownie and cake don't sound good to me, 'cause I don't like coconut, especially the shredded kind.

Popping in to say a few things - met a woman two nights ago who said she won $900 at a slot machine. <--- for you guys

Stacie, did you do a count of the rings to be sure you have them all? I am going to DL this coming week (gf's b-day) and can get more if needed. Make sure none of them are broken please as one of mine was - the ring part separated from the rest.

Marcie, be sure to say hi to the sweet older man who is the greeter at the Beach Club. He is a treasure and I hope he's still working there. He met him in Feb when we stayed there.
