Best way to make a room request....

Just as an example. I did exactly this at Poly. Requested a couple diff room numbers and a building and facing.

I got a different building, facing the parking lot.

Called the front desk and got moved to a totally different building

At least they moved you im glad theyre accomodating when they can be. They moved us in akv too, but I understood when they couldnt at vgc. Bwv they offered to move the next day because they were slammed and I appreciated the effort

I do think landing a room where u can see fireworks in a resort view like we did for bcv does make the trip more special and is worth looking into to up our chances!

Which are the rooms with partial fireworks view? We're staying next year and id like to request that

I’ve stayed at the VGF maybe 5 or 6 times since we bought DVC, usually 9 or 10 days in a 1 br every other year. I thought we’d never been higher than the 4th floor - but back in 2019/early 2020 we were on the 6th floor in 1609 which is one of the 1 br. standard (now resort) views w/ a view of the fireworks.
