They had tickets in the $80s.. that's not bad for a unique show like this.
I've read all about how they create flocks of birds and animals moving through art, i can't wait to see this in motion. Still art transcending into motion, WoW! That makes my little nerd mind tingLe

See that's the only bad thing about Vegas.. there is so many great things to see and do.

I can't wait to hear your reviews on Phantom.. i bet it is going to be beautiful The costumes should be gorgeous.

Has Wicked been to Vegas? That I would LoVe to see. CheryL's told me all about it and i've heard the music, super wonderful.

You will love the Lion King. I saw it the last time it was in LA and its amazing. I loved it so much that I sent my dad and Tay to see it since they didn't go with me when I saw it. Its one of my top faves.

Phantom is breathtaking. This will be the second time I've seen it.

$80 is good for those tickets. The seats I was looking at were over $120 each!

I might be able to score us a deal on Tony and Tina tickets! Ruben works with someone, who knows someone who works at the box office. Confusing, eh? But like they say, it's not what you know, it's who you know.

Anyway, this person might be able to get us tickets. They are $80, BUT she can get them BOGOF, so they'd be around $40 each, and since it's a dinner show, that includes the meal and dessert.

BUT we need to know how many are really interested, and then let that person know how many we need. Then she'll get back to us IF she can get that many or not.

So, on the original list I had:

Frank is not really into going to shows, so I am totally going overboard now that I have a chance to go with some fun girlies!!!!

That's a good deal Theresa. That would be $14.50 a ticket.

There is a local's deal I can use for $10 a ticket, but I can only buy four tickets. (one for myself, and three others) And I think we Madame Tussauds was something just about everyone was in for.

I wish I knew if Jane was joining us for that. She has a locals ID too and could get four more tickets. (Amy doesn't have her Nevada ID yet)

Sometimes it seems like a hassle, the hoops we all have to jump through to save a few bucks. But in the long run, it's worth it. The more money we save, the more money we have for drinks, slots, and strippers.

I LOVE seeing shows. I don't gamble, dance, or drink, so that's pretty much where my money goes, is to the shows.
We had Lion King on the list at one point. Not sure what happened? I think somehow it ended up switching to Love......

Definitely there is always more to see and do in Vegas! And they are always adding new shows. Linda was saying on the other thread, that if we do this again she'd like to come with Bree. I think it would be awesome if we made this an annual thing.
