Do you think it's safe to ship from the resort. I mean, and not break? I can mail you a bottle and then mail a bottle to one of the Vegas locals to bring to our wine night? Oh and buy myself a bottle to drink while i'm there LOL.

Hi Marcie, shipping alcohol is really restricted. I don't think it's allowed at all from a private party (the purchaser) to another private party in the US.

If you are brave, you can try packing it in your check in luggage. I've heard of people doing this with success but be sure to double/triple bag it in case of disaster. Wine stores sometimes give or sell that styroform that protects the wine.

Gone are the days when you can put it in your carry-on.

No--it's also at WDW--I had it there. Maybe not all restaurants/bars, but I know the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs had it.

It's also everywhere at DCA, including the bars at the Grand Cal.
