Good morning ladies!! We are down to exactly 40 days!!!


I'm going to try and make it down to the Strip this week to buy the Phantom tickets for Saturday night. So far I think it's just myself and Theresa going. But if someone else wants in, let me know asap or forever hold your peace.

And there are still some I haven't heard from on the Stripper 101 class. If your name was on the list but you've changed your mind just let me know. I can't purchase the tickets until I get all, or most, of the money, but I don't want to be waiting on anyone who's changed their mind.

Right now we have dinner at In-n-Out and then we are just leaving it open for that night. We can check the discount show tickets that morning and see what's offered for that evening. Sometimes they have KA and other good ones.

Also I can call Ruben and see what freebies tix show up in my email that day and see how many of those we can get.
For example, today so far I've gotten freebies for The Mentalist, Magic's A Drag, and Louie Anderson. Sometimes I get freebies for American Storm, Soprano's Last Supper, Nathan Burton and a couple others. None of theam are A-list shows, but for free, something might come up worth seeing.

So it's sort of a play it by ear evening. And then later that night, we talked about doing some appetizers and wine out by the pool.

Ben and Jerry's you could as we all go up and order separately, but the problem with the sit down restaurants is that the restaurants themselves will generally only take one per table.

That's why I was going to get one and use it to apply towards the whole check. For example with Rub BBQ I was going to get one for $15 that is a $25 value. I figure if I spend the $15 out of pocket now, that's about what it would cost me to eat there anyway (cheaper for me since I am a non-drinker and don't eat much meat, lol) but by getting the certificate and applying it towards the group bill we'll actually be getting a $25 savings that will benefit everyone.
Does that make sense?

The thing is in order for that to work, we need to plan on getting group checks for Rub and Hash House as opposed to paying individually.

Yup, makes sense to me.

The problem with the B & J is that they're only $2-5 and I have to have a minimum of $15 for them to mail it. I could just wait until just before coming out and ordering it and say I'll pick it up, but then someone would have to take me during business hours to pick it up.

Stacie, I think you can order one, and have someone else pay and pick it up for you. I'd be willing to do that. All I need is your number.

But first let me check with Ruben and make sure that's accurate.
They just don't want one person calling and ordering 10 certificates kwim? (otherwise I would, lol) But if it's in your name and I say I'm picking it up for you, then they usually let that slide. I'll double check tonight.
