Post memories and pictures about rides or areas (like river country) that are no longer open at WDW.

I'll start off by talking about a relatively recently closed ride. The who wants to be a millionaire show at DHS. I thought if was really cool and was thoroughly disappointes when it closed (though I cant say TSM wasxa poor replacement). What are some shuttered Disney experiences you remember?

I have a few:
20,000 leagues under the Sea at the MK..Hokey? sure. But still had a nostalgic cool factor
Mr toads wild ride at Mk- Fun dark ride
World of Motion at Epcot- Test track is fun , but I loved its predecessor
Horizons- Mission space is a flop compared to this ride

The REAL Journey into Imagination! Was my all time favorite ride back in the day. Along with the REAL Imageworks area. I can remember not wanting to leave the place where you conduct the music via colors and such. Much better than what's currently there now.

Horizons and World of Motion were both excellent as well, though I do enjoy both Mission Space and Test Track.

The Who Wants to be a Millionaire show...we actually got picked to sit in the fastest finger seats, the first time we ever did it, so that was fun!

I also kind of remember when I was younger...I think it may have been in that same place where millionaire took over after? That it was some type of thing where they would choose you to be a newscaster? or a meteorologist? I remember my grandfather got picked to do it, although I have no idea what it was, I was too little to remember hahaha

I loved Mr. Toad's Wild Ride... we would always joke when I was younger whenever we were driving down a bumpy road that it was like being on mr.toad's ride!

I also used to like the Skyway that went across Magic Kingdom... it was fun to ride so high and also a good way to not have to walk across the park ;)

Two things from Hollywood Studios would also be The Hunchback of Notre Dame show and the Doug show!

I miss pretty much all of Epcot from the early 90s:
- Spaceship Earth with the Walter Cronkite narration and "Tomorrow's Child"
- Horizons. Best attraction Epcot ever had.
- World of Motion
- The Living Seas with the "The Sea" film, the Hydrolators and SeaCabs
- Journey into Imagination with Figment and the Dreamfinder
- The Gran Fiesta tour before Donald took over
- The Wonders of Life pavilion

Every time I visit Epcot now it just seems to get more and more kid oriented and mindless ride oriented and less serious and educational.
