Well, last year I was Alice and Bree was Aurora (we got them with her discount from Disney), and it was so much fun. But I think this year I just want to wear a Halloweenie shirt with black pants. KWIM? Isn't that what you guys are thinking? Maybe when the time gets closer I'll find something Disney & Holloween related?

or . . . we could get together and make Disney/Halloweenie related shirts!

Mmmmm. Lots of things are making you giggle lately!!!!!

You so deserve to be giggly, my friend.;)

Sure, we could do a match-thing. Or maybe a series of characters, like the 7 dwarfs (but not them, bad example:sad2:). We have to think about it. We could be creative. We're buying tix on Friday, right?

Well if there is enough of us we could spell out something. Each one gets a letter. Or each person wears a different color shirt and we can make a rainbow, someone could bring a pot of gold. Lame I know.

Not lame. We have to see how many of us there are and go from there. I think we should all link together, though. Theresa, do you have any ideas?

Oh, I am so not creative. We were going to do some of the DISign t-shirts. There are a couple. I'm open to suggestions for group things though (that sounds a bit off, huh??)

I may go with just a t shirt type costume like on this site.

The seseame street ones are really cute I think. Toss some jeans on and a shirt under, done.

Ooh, I wanna be Thing 1 with someone as Thing 2!!!!! These are soooo cool - I'm going to have to show Jesse. This is my speed!

The Sesame Street ones are soooooo cute - and there are quite a few. That would be a cute group pic for sure :thumbsup2 I'd do this if anyone else wants to.

I'm in, too. Sounds like a great idea!! But no rainbows!!

Way out of the loop on this thread....but did go look at the tees....... I want to get the Thing 1 & Thing 2 for my twins!!!!!! :yay:

I want to get the Charlie brown shirt for Kaeleb.
He looked like Charlie Brown when he was little. :rotfl2:

Ok, I'm in for whatever the group decides.:thumbsup2

I do like the idea of jeans, undershirt, tee, done. Easy Peasy.

Did you find any cool Halloween stuff? Any great costume ideas?
They had some cute things. I think Noelle is looking to be a hippie. But a realistic one, kwim? Not like those flashy disco type costumes. But more natural looking, like a real flower child. I can't explain it. It would be something I'd have to piece together myself. All the store bought hippie costumes are too flashy.

And Lindsey and Hannah have specifically told me no more princess costumes. LOL

None of you ladies are dressing up right? Only the munchkins and a few of the teens?
I don't know. I'm thinking it would be fun to dress up. I haven't for a long time because I haven't felt comfortable doing it. But I'm hoping to lose enough weight between now and then, that I could wear a fun costume and not feel like an idiot. :rotfl2:
So I'm leaning towards dressing up personally. I'll be the odd man out. lol

More than you even know.

Stacie, those are really cool! I've never seen anything like them, and I think I could even get DH to wear one. :thumbsup2

See, easy to get those not up for dressing up to toss on a tee shirt.

I'm down for it.

Just our speed.

I totally get what you mean. Hit the thrift shops and goodwill. You will find great things there. I one year found this totally flowy gauze dress at a thrift shop for a hippie costume. It was natural looking fibers and looked really real. Got it for a few bucks. I had tons of funky peace jewlery and stuff, a leather head band, and done. It cost me less than ten bucks.

This past year I did the hippie thing again with James. We both got tie dye shirts, and wore ratty jeasns that we had. I put some peace sign patches on mine. He took an old jean jacket of mine, ripped off the sleeves and put patches on the back. I had some birks that I wore. I will post a pic of that later when I get home.

If Noelle is looking to do the real natural hippie, I have a pair of sandals that she can have from the Hippie dress that I wore. I don't have the dress, but I kept the sandals. They are hand made from leather and look like someone made them in a commune. Ill take pics and post them later too. I wore them once, and that was it. They look great for hippie costumes, but I had no need to wear them again. But were too cute to toss. They are hers if she wants.

I'm in too!!
