OKW VS. Beach Club Villas

I usually stay in the 1 bedroom villa at the Old Key West. But, I have stayed at the Beach Club and now would like to try the 1 bedroom villa at the new Beach Club Villas.

I have a few questions:
How do the rooms compare (features, decor, etc.)?
How does the room size compare?

Similar colors to OKW, but similar in layout to VWL and BWV. Much smaller than OKW 1 bedroom.

I found the room noticably smaller than OKW, particularly the living,dining kitchen area. Still the same facilities as OKW, although the appliences are more compact than OKW. No separate laundry room as at OKW, the washer/dryer is neatly hidden in a cupboard just off the kitchen. Decor's nice, having the proximity to the parks is handy and the restaurant choices of Y+B,S+D hotels as well as Boardwalk really give you a lot of dining choices.
