OKW, Turtle Pond Pool soda refill

The Turtle Shack at the Turtle Pond Pool at OKW has hours listed of 11:30am to 5:30pm. Does that mean the soda refill station is only open those times?
When we stayed at BR last summer the soda refill station next to Geyser Point was open what seemed like all the time, even late when we were getting back from the parks but when we stayed at VGF in September the soda refill station at the pool did not open till 11am and closed around 8pm.

I’m not sure of the hours but pretty sure it is open past pool bar hours as it is in its own little room
