There's a Lynx bus from Downtown Disney to Sea World. Takes about 20 minutes or so.

Uber from OKW to Universal was about $15 so maybe a little less than that. If your new to uber your first ride is free and then on return have spouse or another adult in your party sign up. So both rides are free

Download the Uber App....set your location for OKW and select fare estimate and put the seaworld address in and it should give you a rough estimate.
